Need a Roof Inspection? We can help.
Golden Rule Contractors is pleased to offer free roof inspections and damage assessments for homeowners in East and Southeast Nebraska. Inspections take about 15-20 minutes and can be done while you’re home or with permission, while you’re away.
During our inspection process, we:
- Setup a time to talk with you and discuss your concerns, or simply schedule a time to visit your home and get on the roof
- Conduct the inspection, where we survey your shingles for damage
- Give you a summary of what we find and provide recommendations for next steps
- If repairs or replacement is needed, we’ll schedule a time to meet with your insurance adjuster to confirm the scope of work
